Dunkin’ Franchisees to Reverse “100% Healed” Policy Accused of Discrimination

Following the EEOC’s pursuit of a disability discrimination lawsuit, a chain of Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees has agreed to pay out a $250,000 settlement. In a new update released by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Daly/Kenney Group, LLC, and 15 related companies, owners, and operators of Dunkin’ Donuts
