In a 9-2 vote, Pennsylvania’s Senate Labor and Industry Committee recently passed the Family Care Act (SB 906), which would establish a statewide paid family and medical leave program. The bill now heads to the state’s full Senate for consideration. If ultimately passed, Pennsylvania would join 14 other states offering
